The entire procedure on how our products are manufactured.

First process

• Starting with the manufacturing of rolls. The jumpo roll on the machine which is processed into smaller rolls . Which goes through the custom embossing process which differentiates our toilet paper from other companies. A single jumbo roll makes roughly 650 long rolls of toilet paper, ranging from 1-ply Classic economy, 1-ply Ultra soft and 2-ply Deluxe virgin 

Second process

• Taking a single long roll to the cutting machine, once there the machine workers cut the roll into 17 rolls of toilet paper all the same size. The off cuts are recycled to promote green living as we should keep pour environment clean

Third process

• Onto the packaging process the toilet paper is inspected to make sure that any defects aren't sold with the other quality products . They are placed into to recyclables sold separately. The rest are placed into their desiganted packages either the 4's, 9's, 10's, 18's, 24's and 48's, which makes it eaisier to choose which ever product suits you best.

Forth process

• The last process of the manufactoring of our products, we move onto the sealing of the packages. Then the product is placed onto the store ready for delivery or collection.
